Clean, comfortable space with well-designed bathrooms and a good shower. The artwork and sculptures throughout the hotel added a unique charm.
Bathroom felt compact and could use a bit more space. The area around the hotel, though quiet, required a short walk for dining or beach access.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The cozy rooftop lounge offered amazing views of the landscape, especially at sunset. Enjoying breakfast each morning was a delight, with an excellent spread of local Cretan specialties and fresh juices that fueled my adventures. The beautifully designed gardens full of unique art pieces provided a serene atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring.

Perfect location elevated position 100 meters from the beautiful ocean and a few hundred meters from the beautiful town. Room was a bit small but sufficient. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Newly painted room. Quiet room and neighbourhood. Felt really safe and relaxed. You got a feeling of small town ambiance with the old folks looking you over from their porch when you passed. Locking your car etc felt not really needed.

We booked the Aris and was sceptical as it seemed to good to be true but the reviews were reasonably good and we booked it ok the rooms are basic but there is so much love and care put into the place by the owner it just oozes charm and you feel so relaxed there and made for a nice stay the area is absolutely charming with many good restaurants and everyone was very kind offering something very special which we didn,t find the same level the rest of our trip this village is a must to visit a real find with beautifull countryside around about well done to the owner and his staff they deserve a good review

The Aris Boutique Hotel is a gem in Paleochora. The lush garden, filled with artistic decor, creates a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views of the Libyan Sea, ideal for sunset lounging. Breakfast is a highlight, with a wide array of Cretan specialties and fresh fruits. I loved the convenience of free bike rentals. The room was spacious with a lovely sea view from the balcony. The bathroom felt a bit compact, which could've used more room to move around. While the quiet setting is refreshing, it's a short stroll to the town center for dining options. A bit more attention to sound insulation in the rooms would enhance the experience. Despite minor inconveniences, the overall vibe of the hotel is cute and charming.

It was a lovely setting and a very pretty design. Our balcony had a sea view and we were very pleased with our room. Always somebody on reception if you needed anyone.
Maybe they could cater for a cooked breakfast rather than the one on offer. apart from that no complaints and we would stay again.
